Artemis Evangelidi

Artemis moved from a private practice in Melbourne, to become an assistant legal advisor with the Olayan Group, a large investment group, in Athens. At Olayan, she trained in private equity, corporate structuring, distribution and franchise deals, cross border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, ultimately handling the Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern legal operations. A family move to Cyprus led to a management role with First Names Group, delving into onshore and offshore corporate structuring and tax planning, overseeing a corporate team and a portfolio of over 100 companies with clients from Europe, the Middle East and Russia. She was also responsible for the establishment and management of the legal department of Qatar Mining, an investment arm of the State of Qatar. Returning to Cyprus, she joined IKOS, the investment manager to a large European hedge fund, providing legal support to the business and heading up the legal department of the family office, managing investments in fixed and tangible assets. In 2013, she established Aipeia Consulting, where she advises clients from across the globe on all aspects of their business.
