Idil Seytanoglu

Idil is a trainer, facilitator and a coach who works with managers and leaders. She has been working with local and international organisations since 2010 and established her own consultancy in northern Cyprus in 2015. Her expertise is in leadership and management, organisational development, strategy and impact, as well as learning and development. Her training experience covers 15 years and more than 36 countries, which has allowed her crucial insight into the cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds in Europe and the Middle East. As a facilitator, she believes in creating learning environments where participants are engaged and gain knowledge and skills not only from the material but also from their peers. This, she believes, is a key aspect of effecting behavioural change and improvement in organisational output. Idil has partnered with BTS—a strategy execution company—since 2010, working on leadership development. She has also collaborated with leaders in top companies such as SAP, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Phillip Morris International, GlaxoSmithKline, Thomas Cook, Merck and Coats. Idil holds a Master Facilitator Certificate from the Association for Talent Development; she is a Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) certified from the Coach Training Institute, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) in the International Coach Federation (ICF). She won the Junior Chamber International’s Most Outstanding Trainer award in Turkey in 2009. Idil also sits on the Board of Directors for several not-for-profit organisations in Cyprus and abroad.
