Natasha Apostolidou

Natasha graduated with 1st class honours in Advertising, Marketing Communications and Public Relations from London Metropolitan University, and now has 19 years of experience in the field. She has worked as a communications consultant, designing and implementing communication campaigns for internationally funded projects and as an advertiser. She’s an advocate and activist of human rights, gender equality and the peace process in Cyprus. In 2013-2014, she had the opportunity to combine work and passion as the coordinator of the Where are the women project carried out by the Cyprus Community Media Centre (CCMC). The project showcased the absence of women on the negotiating table regarding the Cyprus solution and implemented actions in order to create awareness and suggest ways to include women in the process. In 2014, she was appointed by the Cyprus president as a member of the bicommunal Technical Committee on Humanitarian Issues. Natasha is currently working at the British Council in Cyprus.
